Volleyball is offered in three age divisions: Junior A (7-11), Junior B (12-15), and Open (any age). Male and female athletes will compete on the mixed-gender teams. One libero and five other players are on the court for each team at any one time. Federation Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) rules are used with the following exceptions:

    • Court size is 9m (29.5 ft) wide and 13.4m (44 ft) long
    • Net height is 1.83m (6 ft) or the lowest point to which the net may be set
    • A standard-size, but lighter-weight volleyball is used in Junior A and Junior B Divisions

Early round play consists of either round‐robin or double‐elimination games. The top teams then advance to single‐elimination bracket/knockout games.
