IDAF Business Meeting

  • Wednesday, August 7, 7:00pm at Kellogg Center Boardroom 
  • At least one representative from each participating country should attend

Chefs de Mission

  • Friday, August 2, 7:00pm at Wonders Hall Kiva 

Coaches

  • Nightly from Friday, August 2, through Friday, August 9, 9:00 pm at Kellogg Center Boardroom
  • Updates for next-day sports events will be discussed
  • Chefs de Mission should make certain that their nations are represented
  • Coaches for next-day sports events should attend
  • Urgent - bring a list of scratches and last-minute roster changes for next-day events

Team Meetings

  • Meeting space is available in Athlete Village/Case Hall and/or nearby Wonders Hall on a first reserved - first served basis
