Eligibility to Compete

The 2013 World Dwarf Games are an open competition for any individual athlete who satisfies the definition of dwarfism (IDAF Rules, Part 1), and has not been banned from competition by his/her nation's dwarf sports governing body/chef de mission or agent of the IDAF.

Athletes are expected to contact their nation's chef de mission to coordinate participation. If no chef has been named for a nation, athletes may apply directly to the World Dwarf Games to participate.

World Dwarf Games policy for team sports is to help athletes find slots on mixed-country teams if they are not otherwise assigned to sport teams by their chef de mission.
